M
ore Castor means more biodegradable polymers. Yet inconsistent supply has caused companies like Atofina to limit their use of the oil.

Atofina is the world's 5th largest chemical company formed from the merger of Elf Atochem and TOTALFINA's chemical activities.

This forward-looking company has provided financial support to Linnaeus Plant Sciences in a multi-year R&D partnership. Atofina is looking to find alternatives to the existing castor supply.
